A sum of up to $1500 is available through a grant from the International Commission for Optics  to assist 1 or more graduate students or young scientists from developing countries to attend the OWLS conference: contact Prof. Brian Wilson directly (wilson@uhnres.utornto.ca) if you are interested to apply for this support.
